The 'Project Kelvin' transatlantic fibre optic cable has come ashore at Portrush.
This cable will give the area the fastest connectivity in Europe with America with onward connection into mainland UK & Europe.
Manager appointed to P.R.G
Mr Alan Jeffers has been appointed to the post of Regeneration Manager for Portrush.
Alan will bring his valuable experience from his previous posts as Chief Executive of Portadown2000 and Lisburn’s town center manager.
The appointment coincides with Coleraine Borough Council’s purchase of the Station Square, a strategically important element of the vision for the Resort and will enable the planned enhancement of the public realm at this prominent location.
